One-to-one Program
The 21-Day Reset program is a way to install new life-affirming habits with breathwork, embodiment, and mindset practices to clear the way and create new ways of breathing, moving, living, and being in the world.
Comprising of:
Weekly live 2-hour Embodied Breathwork sessions online to release blocks that hold old patterns and outdated ways of being in place
An online course accessible via desktop or an app with daily practices
An accountability and self-reflection process
Unlimited support via WhatsApp during the whole 21 days
Each week has a different focus to support the overall process of 21 days
This week the focus is on resourcing yourself through your body, heart, and your mind. There will be embodiment exercises that support you to anchor and connect and meet these aspects of yourself in movement.
You will learn a simple yet profound daily breathwork practice that will empower all the other work you do, keeping you present and connected. During this week you will be supported to use the program in a way that works best for you and your schedule.
This week the focus is on releasing any blocks that are holding you back either from the past, present, or projections of the future. There will be embodiment practices related to the past, present, and future.
You will in introduced to a daily breathwork practice that supports ongoing clearing and healing, as well as the work we will do in the live session. This is the week to really put as much time and energy into the practices as possible to see the best results.
This week the focus is on renewing the connection to yourself, others, your community, and the community of life. There will be embodiment practices related to self, other, and community, as well as a final integrative breathwork technique for you to learn and practice daily.
Preparing you to complete this 21-Day Reset program and take the tools, insights, and practices you’ve learned with you and integrate them into your daily life.
