Each session begins with a guided movement practice to connect with the element you are working with before lying down to breathe. This gets the energy moving and supports the breathwork to go deeper more quickly. The movement practice typically lasts 20 minutes and can be tailored to work best for you.
You will also be guided in an embodiment practice lying down to connect with the element you are working with before the breathwork. This supports you to be fully present and in your body before the breathwork and regulates your nervous system so have a solid foundation to journey from with the breath. The embodiment practice typically lasts 10 minutes and can be adjusted to suit your needs.
Traditionally in Rebirthing Breathwork, it is suggested that you have a minimum of 10 sessions before moving on to learning how to use the techniques on your own. If that’s something you want to do we will discuss and review after the 5 sessions and book another series of 5 sessions to take the next step.
